Esta preciosa y luminosa casa con vistas al mar se encuentra en Son Serra de Marina, que tiene una preciosa playa de arena natural con aguas cristalinas. También está a poca distancia en coche de la playa de Muro y del pueblo de Can Picafort.

Tiene una cocina, comedor y salón de planta abierta en el segundo piso para maximizar las excelentes vistas desde los grandes ventanales, puede sentarse en el sofá y observar los yates en el mar.
En la planta baja se encuentran tres dormitorios, el principal con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite, el segundo con cama de matrimonio y el tercero con dos camas individuales. El segundo y tercer dormitorio comparten un baño con plato de ducha. Hay un aseo separado al lado del salón. En las terrazas de la planta baja hay un amplio espacio para guardar bicicletas, equipos de viento y kitesurf, tablas de surf o remo.
La casa tiene una hermosa terraza con fantásticas vistas, donde podrá disfrutar cenando y relajándose; hay tumbonas, sofás, mesa y sillas de comedor y una barbacoa Weber de gas; También hay una ducha exterior para refrescarse en los calurosos días de verano.

Wonderful, perfect agency. Well maintained house. Very comfortable. I would suggest to install new mattrasses next season. In master bedroom not good anymore. I would suggest a privacy screen on terrace . When sitting at the table it is disturbing when neighbours come on terrace. A personal comment: the Americans - neighbours during our stay, your rental as well -are rather loud people. They were in Son Serra de Marina at the wrong place. They should book a party location or a house without neighbours next time.

Wonderful house with an awesome sea view from the roof top as well as from the sofa. Perfectly clean!! House is equipped with anything you need. Great interior design in a maritime style. Roof top is equipped with a lounge, eating table and even a shower. The house is located directly at the beach with a great bar with yummy food around the corner. To sum up, absolutely recommend this beautiful house!

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet , tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Wundervoller Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Dachterrasse aufs Meer.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Son Serra de Marina. Das Haus verfügte über alles was man benötigte, von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Strandschirmen! Die Dachterrasse lädt zu langen BBQ-Abenden ein. Wir kommen nächsten Sommer sicherlich wieder!
